The Best Places to Work Awards program is designed to identify and honor Triangle-area employers that have the most engaged workforces. The rankings are based on confidential surveys conducted by partner Quantum Workplace, which measure a range of metrics including team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication, and overall employee engagement. Only the top-scoring companies in the region earn the coveted right to be named among the best.
