I was a walk-in before the office had officially opened, and from the very first interaction I was deeply impressed. Meagan at the front desk welcomed me with such genuine kindness, warmth, and professionalism that I immediately felt comfortable. After months of searching for a new dentist and reading disappointing reviews about other offices, especially regarding how patients are treated by staff, this experience stood out in the best possible way. Based on that first impression alone, I decided to make an appointment. I had my second visit today, and it was absolutely wonderful. I received a regular cleaning along with deep pocket cleaning for several teeth, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Ariel, the dental hygienist, was incredibly polite, gentle, and thorough. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made the entire appointment feel calm and pleasant. Dr. Morgan McClellan, DDS, was exceptional. She made sure I fully understood everything regarding my dental health and showed sincere care and attention toward my specific needs. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated the level of professionalism, compassion, and quality care I received. What makes Wells Family Dental Group-Chatham Park so special is not only the excellent dental work, but also the respect, kindness, and positive energy shown by everyone in the office. It is rare these days to find a place where you genuinely feel cared for as a person. I already have recommended this office to others and will continue to do so with confidence. I truly feel like I am in good hands and am grateful to have finally found my dental home. I HIGHLY recommend Wells Family Dental Group-Chatham Park.

Ariel is amazing! Highly recommend!

After neglecting my dental appointments for far too long…I finally went to Wells Family Dental at their new location in Pittsboro. I had such a wonderful experience and everyone in the office was super friendly! My hygienist, Ariel was so sweet and made sure to explain everything as she went which helped to ease a lot of my anxiety. She was very thorough and checked on me throughout my visit to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. McClellan answered all of my (many) questions and she and her assistant, Leeanne made the whole experience easy and honestly, enjoyable. I actually look forward to going back for my next visit. Thank you Dr. McClellan, Ariel, and Leeanne for taking such great care of me!
